*Care and Maintenance Fund Contribution
Required under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 (including Ontario Regulation 30/11), the following contributions will be remitted to the JCMI irrevocable cemetery care and maintenance trust fund. Income from this fund will be used for care and maintenance expenses of the cemeteries in perpetuity.
- 40% (or minimum $290) of the purchase price of one in-ground plot (2.23m²/24ft² or larger). This amount is non-refundable.
- $200 for each headstone/monument/marker installation.
- 3rd party charges for Opening and Closing Graves are listed on the downloadable price list below.

Consumer Information Guide — Bereavement Authority of Ontario (thebao.ca): A Guide to Death Care in Ontario. The guide is written for families and the public to know their rights and responsibilities before entering into contracts with organizations that are licensed under the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002. All licensees of the BAO are required to provide consumers with a copy of this guide.
