Confirming Rights
When an organization transfers cemetery ownership, JCMI provides an Interment Rights Certificate to each of the members. This document should be kept in a safe place.
From time to time, unaffiliated individuals are able to purchase burial plots and JCMI will provide each person with an individual contract and Interment Rights Certificate. These documents should be kept in a safe place. Charges may apply to replace lost documents.
